Este taller nos llevará a cuatro regiones de España para aprender sobre sus cocinas, costumbres, legado cultural y el contraste entre las diferentes lenguas. También conoceremos la literatura gastronómica presente y sus restaurantes. Conoceremos la influencia de Latinoamérica y el norte de África en la cocina histórica y moderna.

Te invitamos a realizar un viaje virtual por Galicia (y el Camino de Santiago), Andalucía, el País Vasco y Cataluña, para adentrarte en su gastronomía, sus parajes, monumentos… y mucho más.

This workshop will take you to four regions of Spain to learn about their cuisines, customs, cultural heritage and the contrast between different languages. You will also get to know some of their contemporary food literature and restaurants. We will discover the influence of Latin America and North Africa on historical and modern cuisine.
