Spanish conversation course for students who have completed level B1.4.

This course is run on-site at Instituto Cervantes Dublín (Lincoln Place) in small groups of maximum 12 students.

Lessons take place once per week (Wednesdays) for a total of 10 lessons.

Our conversation courses are aimed at students who wish to develop their communication skills.

These courses have two main objectives:

• Cope successfully in a wide range of situations you may come across in Spanish speaking countries and take part in real conversations with native Spanish speakers.
• Develop your fluency according to the level of your learning.

This is achieved through group discussion of current issues or the representation of everyday situations with a dynamic style of role-play. These courses are focused on communication skills, so you will not work explicitly on grammar. However, teachers will encourage the practice of Spanish grammatical skills, covered in our general courses. You are not required to buy a textbook. Instead you will use a variety of different materials and resources (written texts, newspapers, audios, videos, etc.).

If you have previous knowledge of Spanish and you have never studied at Instituto Cervantes before, you need to take a level assessment test before enrolling in this course. This test can be done online and is free of charge. It comprises a grammar test and a brief conversation with one of our teachers over the phone. To take the test, please fill and submit this form and we will contact you as soon as possible.
